Pacific Asia Investment Management Limited (PAIML) is an independent, New Zealand based real estate development management and project management company.
We operate throughout New Zealand and Australia. specialising in medium to large residential developments, with middle to lower cost offerings in mind.
PAIML also has entered JV’s with developers on upper market projects in the Auckland Region.
The PAIML team has been involved in residential development since 1995. It is fair to say that we have had our fair share of challenges (with some blood noses)…but this brings to the table a level of accountability and experience that is difficult to emulate elsewhere.
PAIML has its own specialist Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Accountants and Development Managers. Further it also contracts in specialized resources as needed to facilitate successful completion of Consenting, Funding and Construction aspects of projects as needed. These can be as diverse as flora and fauna biologists to specialist peer reviewing engineers for environmental wind effects on tall building and pedestrian safety.
